Lily Tan, a creative artist in balloon sculptures offer her quality services in Singapore.

Private Functions:

Rates for Weekends and Weekdays:

  • First Hour = $200/-
  • Subsequent Hour = $100/-
  • 5 Hours and above - rates negotiable
  • If event falls on public holiday, there is an extra service charge of $50/- per hour

Pricing for Balloons and Pumps

  • Balloons (Made in Canada, 260Q - 100 pcs) = $15/-
  • Pumps = $10/-
